Thank you children for a wonderful concert

The war, which has been going on for 11 years, is exhausting both physically and morally. Especially children who were born during the military conflict. One of the ways to switch children to something positive is art. Ukrainian children are very talented, and with their incendiary songs they are able to cheer up not only themselves, but also us, adults. This is exactly what the organizers of the tour of Ukrainian children’s singing groups in the EU countries thought. The concerts were held under the slogan: “Children of Ukraine — for the children of the world” Among the organizers of the concerts in Belgium was the International Charity Organization “RUTHENIA”. In particular, in Mechelen, a children’s art concert was held in the Catholic Church “Saint Peter and Paul”. The audience was delighted by such young artists and groups as:

🎻 Violin Ensemble from the city of Ukrainka,

💃 Choreographic group from the city of Uman,

🎤 Young artists from the city of Tetiev,

🎶 Vocalists from Kyiv – children whose parents defend Ukraine.

The founder of “Platform Ukraine-EU” Ms. Natasha Dobrovolska, who made the most efforts to make the concert in Mechelen take place, at the opening expressed sincere gratitude to all partners, benefactors and patrons who helped organize these events in Belgium.

Special thanks to Ms. Lyudmila Onofriese and 💛💙 The Institute of Women’s People’s Diplomacy of Ukraine, without whom this event would not have taken place – it was they who organized the arrival of Ukrainian children to Belgium and other EU countries.

To the great joy of the children from Ukraine, they will return home with beautiful gifts. The Ukrainian diaspora in Belgium, especially its children, did not leave their peers from Ukraine without presents. As for symbolic gifts, our Ukrainian children’s delegation from Belgium received 1,000 paper cranes with wishes for a speedy peace in Ukraine.🇺🇦♥️
